What we collect
Your shopping bag, language and optional font-preview preferences are stored in your browser. If you send an enquiry, we store your name, email, message and any order reference. When checkout opens, delivery and order details will be stored to process, fulfil and support your purchase. We do not currently collect card details or accept online payments.
How information is used
We use information to answer enquiries, manage orders, arrange delivery, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Authorised administrators can access order and support records; verified customers can access their own linked orders. Our fulfilment partner, delivery providers and payment provider Airwallex receive only the information needed for their service when used. We do not sell your personal information or enrol you in marketing through the enquiry form.
Storage, access & your choices
ROINROYN LTD is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (company number 17550974). We use cloud hosting and database services and fulfil orders from mainland China, so information may be processed in the United Kingdom, mainland China and other countries outside Australia. Our authorised fulfilment partner, Shanghai GSYC Co., Ltd., may access the order and delivery information needed to pack, dispatch and support your order. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for support, transactions, legal duties or disputes, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained by law.
Cookies & service security
Browser storage keeps your bag and language choices on this device. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them. Hosting authentication may use cookies for administrator or private-preview sign-in. We do not add advertising trackers in this first release. Support submissions are rate-limited to reduce abuse. This policy will be updated before payment services are introduced.

Your account & Tea Points
If you request an account, we use your email to send a single-use sign-in link and verify access to your order history. We keep an account identifier, email, session records, order links, coupon claims and a points ledger. Email delivery is provided through Resend once configured. No account password is stored. Signing in does not enrol you in marketing. Essential secure session cookies expire after 30 days or can be removed by signing out; expired sign-in tokens and sessions are periodically removed.
Product-code checks
Code verification does not require an account. We record the matching code identifier, result, and check time to identify repeat checks and support product enquiries. The public result does not disclose customer details. We use hashed, time-limited request keys to limit repeated login, claim and verification requests.
Your choices
Country and language preferences are saved on your device. Postcode suggestions use public GeoNames data served by this website. We currently use no advertising or analytics cookies.
If you request a one-time Tea Points invitation at guest checkout, we store that request with your order and use Resend to send it after an eligible paid order is delivered. This is separate from marketing subscription.
