ROINROYN LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17550974, operates this website and is the seller and contracting party for purchases. Any enabled payment method and amount due will be shown before payment; card payment integration is currently in progress. Supply and fulfilment are supported in mainland China. Unpaid order submission is available; an order receipt is not a payment confirmation. Product listings, stock and batch details must be confirmed before a paid order is accepted. Prices & orders
Current prices are in US dollars (USD). We will clearly identify the actual charge currency and final total before payment. An order reference is not proof of payment. Payment, cancellation and fulfilment are recorded separately. We will contact you if a product or address cannot be supported and will not retain payment for an order we cannot fulfil.
Tea & care
Our floral teas contain the stated flower ingredients. Check the ingredient list before use and contact us if you have an ingredient question. We do not present our teas as medicines or make therapeutic claims. Store sealed tea in a cool, dry place away from strong odours. Batch-specific details will accompany the final product.

Our delivery, returns and privacy policies form part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If there is a concern about your order, contact Customer Care so we can work towards an appropriate resolution.
